Our Story

SchedulePro was born out of frustration. Our founder, Olatunji Jegede, spent years managing complex schedules for growing teams and saw firsthand how existing tools fell short. Spreadsheets were error-prone, legacy software was clunky, and nothing truly adapted to how modern teams actually work.

In 2022, he assembled a small team of engineers and designers who shared a common belief: scheduling should be the easiest part of running a team, not the hardest. Together, they built the first version of SchedulePro from scratch, guided by direct feedback from dozens of early customers.

Today, SchedulePro serves over 100,000 teams across 92 countries. From small businesses to large enterprises, from healthcare to hospitality, our platform handles millions of scheduling decisions every day. But we are still just getting started.
